What is a "Big Game"?
The Big Games at SplatterPark are exactly what they sound like: one giant game of paintball! We drop all of the ropes dividing the 10 lower fields, and we turn the entire woods into one large 30 acre battlefield. Two large teams, only one winner.
The Game is very simple, the main objective throughout the day is Capture the Flag. There will be a list of times posted prior to starting the game of flag drops. The locations are to be determined by the most dense area of the battlefield. Capture the Center Flag without being eliminated, and return it to your teams base. There will be smaller objectives throughout the day, such as "Bounty Hunt" and "Capture the Crash Site". Successfully “winning” any of these objectives will award your team points, that will be posted at the end of the day to determine a winning team.
It’s a game with unlimited respawns. Once you’re hit, simply return to your base to tag in, and jump right back into the action.
At the end of the day, as per tradition, we will host the Reign in Paint. This will take place on the newly revised BattlePort field, with a time limit of 10 minutes. No eliminations, simply play on until you can’t take any more hits, or if you run out of paintballs or air. This is optional, we won’t MAKE you play this, but it’s quite the rush of adrenaline.

General Game Play Information:
- No outside paintballs are permitted for use. If you are caught with paintballs not purchased at SplatterPark, they will be confiscated. This is NOT A FIRST STRIKE ROUND EVENT. FSRs are prohibited for use at this event.
- EVENT WRISTBAND must be visible at all times! Do not lose it - no other will be given!
- HPA fills are provided with all package purchases.
- Rent a HPA tank for only $10.00 with valid driver’s license. Includes all day air! Save time and money instead of standing in line & spending extra money for CO2 fills.
- Pepsi / Gatorade / Snack products are available at the Café.
- Chronograph/Target Range is available to you after you have registered and have had a safety briefing. Field limit is 285 FPS. Max ROF is 12BPS. Use the target range to tune your marker. Entry point Referees will chrono your marker before you are allowed entry to playing area. No tools allowed at insertion chronos. Tools will be confiscated at insertion points and on field of play.
- Techs – various vendors will perform marker work for a nominal fee. Planet Eclipse & GI Sportz has sent a tech for this event.
- Safety Rules must be followed as posted in every staging area.
- NO Soliciting.
- We are not responsible for your gear – keep track of your belongings.
- Dress for battle. Props, undisclosed genetic material, explosions, visual weapons, and other varieties of excitement will be deployed. Working with props or attempting to obtain props may have certain inherent dangers and/or risks. Do not attempt to do anything beyond your physical ability.
- We cannot be responsible for encountering beings that are elusive, frightening, and hungry for human flesh.
- Members of the world’s elite and public media may be in attendance to control what you see and think. No spectators on the field of play.
- This is not a drill, be prepared to have a great time!
