Social distancing and other measures are being implemented at the Park upon our re-opening Additional measures we will be taking are as follows but may include more: wiping down iPads and other items we use for transactions with customers in between each customer, staff will hand sanitize between customers, we will limit groups in shelters to 10 or less, and we will be wiping down all surfaces regularly that customers and staff come into contact with. Due to the fluid nature of how things are being handled in our state, this list and the procedures we implement may change at any time to better protect our staff and customers. We ask your patience as we all get back to our daily routines.
We look forward to seeing you again at SplatterPark - it's been too long!
A Note On Foodservice / Concessions
Due to foodservice restrictions, complimentary lunch will not include a hot dog. Lunch will consist of a snack cracker or equivalent and a bottle of water. Also, food at the concession stand will be limited to bottled drinks and packaged snacks. Feel free to bring your own food items. We apologize for this limitation, but are working within the guidelines from the state.

As a family company that has been in business for more than 35 years, we value the trust you place in us every day as part of your community. At SplatterPark your safety has always been our number one priority.
Equipment cleaning and what we’re doing to keep you safe
We have and will continue to disinfect masks after each use. We are also adding other equipment into our cleaning process.
Since opening at our current location in 2000, we have had a disinfection protocol system in place. We clean each mask in a 3 step process and disinfect with a bleach solution at the end of this process after each use. Customers always receive a disinfected mask. We encourage you to keep track of YOUR mask to make sure you are only wearing your own mask or the one provided for you. If you set down your mask or you have any question that the mask may not be yours, return to the window to get a fresh one.
What else are we doing to keep you safe?
We are reinforcing training procedures to ensure cleaning processes are always done properly by our staff.
We are keeping group sizes small and utilizing separate staging shelters for each group. This will maintain distance between each group.
What you can do to stay healthy while playing at SplatterPark
Our bathroom facilities are stocked with antibacterial hand soap and and sanitizer and we recommend customers use it during the day and after play when using the facilities.
